Opening Dates

Dolbryn Campsite is open from the 1st March to the 31st December.

Booking Arrangements

Bookings can be made online, by telephone or e-mail.

Advanced booking is advisable, especially for stays during school holidays and bank holiday weekends.

At time of booking we request a 15% deposit with balance payable 30 days prior to arrival.

Before booking, please read our T&Cs.

Once a booking has been made, please check all the information on the confirmation. If you need to make any changes or additions, please contact us prior to arrival.

Staying at Dolbryn

All guests must agree to behave in a socially responsible, and respectful manner whilst staying at Dolbryn. Please be respectful of other guests and staff, and follow all guidelines and rules given to you.

Each pitch is suitable for a maximum of 6 people (max 4 adults).

One additional unit (e.g. awning/gazebo/shelter/pup tent/toilet tent) is included in the pitch price, but it must be able to fit within the pitch boundary. Contact us for details of pitch sizes if you’re unsure. Pitches are at least 7m x 7m, although many are larger.

The pitch price includes one car, which can be parked on your pitch. You can book an additional car (fee applies) but this must be parked in our parking area – it cannot be parked beside or on your pitch.

Dogs are welcome at Dolbryn, and there is no additional charge, but please contact us if you have more than two. Dogs must be kept on a lead/tether around the camping fields and facilities, but there are two separate dog walking areas where they can be off the lead.

Pods

Minimum stay for all pods is 2 nights.

The small pod (Cwtch) sleeps 2 adults only.

The family pods (Blodyn and Haf) sleep 2 adults and 2 children.

Ready Tents

Our Ready Tents are available to book between 15th April and 30th September.

Each Ready Tent sleeps 2 adults and 3 children.
